We are OPEN and SHIP EVERY DAY. 

Once you place your order your puzzle will jump into our production queue to be created!  SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE IN THE USA (with a minimum order of $25).

We print/diecut based on demand, so production times can vary depending on the volume of orders we’re receiving. Generally items are shipped within 24 hours for stock puzzles and 2-3 days for custom puzzles.
